Heels Class is a multi-leveled class for dancers looking to strap on some heels and have fun. Class does begin without heels to warm up the body properly. After a few exercises of adrenaline building and core strengthening, the steps up by getting comfortable in heels. A combination which will empower, engage, and evoke the dancer will send you strutting to your next engagement. *Disclaimer* Participants must wear heels with support around the ankle or boots. Be comfortable in the height, don't risk wearing a pair you cannot walk in.
